Shipping Options & CostsShipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery address.Standard Delivery: Deliveries arrive within 2–4 working days.Express Delivery: Deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days.Note: Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.2. Order Processing & Cut-Off TimesWe process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).Daily Cut-Off: 3:00 PM GMT.Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are packaged and shipped the same day.Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the following working day.Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.3. Order TrackingAutomated Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order is fulfilled.Tracking Progress: Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's tracking information to update.4. Delivery Deadlines & DelaysLegal Deadline: In accordance with UK consumer law, all goods will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from your order confirmation date.Delays: If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout. You retain the right to cancel your order for a full refund if delivery takes longer than 30 days.5. Lost or Damaged GoodsWe take full responsibility for your order until it is safely in your hands.Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact our customer support team immediately.Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no movement or says delivered but you cannot find it, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the courier.Resolution: We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for any items proven lost or damaged in transit.6. Cancellations & ReturnsUnder the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the statutory right to change your mind.Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your items to notify us that you wish to return them.Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.Refund Turnaround: Refunds are processed through Shopify back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
